Training: Bike + Swim
We’re kicking off February with a great training opportunity! Join us on Sunday, February 2nd, for a bike and swim combo. Due to water temps in the upper 50s, we’ll START with a 20-mile out-and-back ride on Jupiter Island at 7:00am, followed by an optional 1/2 mile open water swim.
If you have a wetsuit, we recommend wearing it, as the water will be chilly. The swim is optional for those with wetsuits, but feel free to skip it if you’d rather just bike.
Bring friends who might be interested in joining the club – it’s a great way to meet the team and see what we’re all about!
Why bike and swim together? This combo is perfect for practicing transitions between disciplines. It helps build endurance, improves pacing, and teaches you how to recover quickly after biking. Plus, it’s always a fun challenge!
